Purpose Of Donation
In memory of one of our member Late Tr. Utkarsh Bharatbhai Jani who succumbed to cancer on 19th Nov 2015. Our Home Table ART-40 is keen to work and support patients with similar ailment and God willing help them to fight and win against this dreaded disease.

About LMF Tr. Utkarsh Jani
At an early age of 10 years he got Rashtriya Puraskar from President of India as Best Scout. He has also earned many medals in Karate, Volleyball, Skit, Drama, etc. He was a National Player of Volleyball and has received Best Actor Award from Indian National Theatre. He also participated in many skit, dramas and mimes.
